GyroJax

GyroJax is a locally made, upcycled interpretation of the classic AstroJax — three weighted, hand-crocheted balls connected on a single string, creating an open-ended movement and flow toy.

It can be picked up simply for fun, while also offering a lot of room for developing coordination, dexterity, timing, creative movement and self-directed skill through experimentation. Changing the timing, force, rhythm or position changes the movement of the whole system, so there’s a lot to discover and progressively learn.

Each set is handmade in South Africa using upcycled components and crocheted covers, supporting local artisans and small-scale South African production.
