This Practice Contact Staff is perfectly balanced for contact moves. It is designed to match our Fire Contact Staff so that you have the perfect practice prop to train with.

PLEASE COMMENT YOUR PREFERRED STAFF LENGTH WHEN ORDERING

Tassels are an optional extra that will slow down the roll of a contact staff therefore making contact moves must easier.

Rubber ends come in various colours such as pink, blue and yellow

A simple set of birdseed juggling balls. Perfect for learning how to juggle, for mastering new juggling tricks - or for performing! A truly versatile toy in bright, primary colours.

Sock Poi

Sock poi are soft, comfortable practice poi that are enjoyed by spinners at any level. They're great for learning new moves as they don't tangle easily.

This design has been tried and tested by hundreds of beginner poi students who find them easy and comfortable to learn with.

A hemmed slit in the seam of each sock means you can remove the weights for washing, or add different weights for training.

Handles - double finger loops
Fabric - 48cm, cotton shweshwe
Weights - lycra juggling balls with birdseed, 100g
